Thomas Day Art Walk Vendor Space Registration

Artist vendors! We have an opportunity for you!

On Saturday, October 15, Caswell Arts will host The Thomas Day Art Walk in Milton, NC! We will celebrate the artistry and craftsmanship of Thomas Day.

The event will feature a Thomas Day reenactment by Fred Motley, live music by Boule, The Senior Clefs and others, live art demonstrations, an artist and crafter’s market, and kids creative activities.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cost to exhibit at the event:

Space is limited to 15 vendors.

10 x 10 space - $30 on a first come, first serve basis. You must provide your own table, chairs and canopy/tent.

All artist MUST  be selling their own work.  No retail or distributors will be permitted to sell.

NOTES:

• There is no electricity provided at this event.
• You must provide your own table, chairs and canopy/tent.
• Vendor spaces cannot be specified, some spaces will be on asphalt and some on grassy areas, all canopies must be able to be stabilized by stakes and weights.
• Set up begins @ 9am, no selling until booth is reviewed only to insure stability as mentioned above.
• The event is rain or shine.  We apologize that we can not offer refunds
• Internet access is very limited in Milton. Please check with your POS provider to insure that credit and debit card payments made offline will be recorded once your device is connected to the internet
